If you're in the market for a handmade, gorgeous hula hoop and/ or a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry, then you've come to the right place!

We have been handcrafting hula hoops since 2007 and are one of the oldest hoop stores on ETSY. Our hoops are split into four categories: Heavy Weight (160 PSI tubing, 3/4 inch), Mid Weight (100 PSI tubing, 3/4 inch), Lightweight (125 PSI tubing, 1/2 inch) and Polypro (in both 3/4" and 5/8"). From time to time, we also stock HDPE and custom orders are always welcome. DM for options.

Here are a few things to consider before making your purchase...

✪ Diameter: Beginners - To pick the diameter that's best for you, simply measure from the floor to your belly button or rib cage. Slender individuals will want a smaller diameter hoop (closest to the belly button), while fuller figured individuals will choose a larger diameter (closest to the rib cage). Those with an athletic build will fall in the middle. You'll have the option to choose your hoop diameter, in the drop down menu when making your purchase. You can also include information in the 'Notes' section when ordering. I welcome inquiries and would love for you to reach out to me before placing your order, if you have any questions at all.

✪ Beginner Hoops (160 PSI, 3/4 inch tubing) - Sturdy, durable and weighing about one pound, this is our heaviest option. A great hoop for beginners, this hoop is large, comfortable and slow-moving. Friction tape provides added grip so the hoop will 'stick' to your body to help keep it spinning. Therefore, even the novice hooper will experience instant success!

✪ Midweight Hoops (100 PSI, 3/4 inch tubing) - Also constructed from durable material, these are similar to our Signature Monster Hoops in aesthetics, but they are lighter and smaller in size. A great hoop for the intermediate hooper, or beginner with slender build who prefers a lighter option.

✪ Lightweight Hoops (125 PSI, 1/2 inch tubing): Includes all hoops in our "Molly and the Hoola Monsters" kids line. This is a perfect hoop for children, and it doubles as a budget-friendly, lightweight hoop for intermediate to advanced hoopers. A great 'training' hoop before that first polypro purchase ;)

✪ Polypro Hoops - These are high performance hoops most often used by advanced hoopers. Polypro hoops are small, fast, responsive and very light. Often used for tricks, quick breaks and super high tosses. Purchase two of the same size for twin/ poi-style hooping!

Each hoop is hand made, using industrial tubing and decorative tapes. At Hoola Monsters, we view hoop-making as an art form, and we love making hoops almost as much as we love to hoop dance. We've also got plenty of earth-inspired, handcrafted jewelry for sale!
